Board of Commissioners
The Mayor and Town Board determine service levels, adopt an annual budget, adopt municipal ordinances (local rules), set policy and is the policy-making body for the Town. The responsibility of decision-making is divided among and shared by all members of the town board, making it administration by committee.
Town meetings are open to the public held on the 4th Monday of every month at 6:00 p.m. at Richfield Town Hall.
