Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of the Town of Richfield will hold a Public hearing on April 27 at 6:00 p.m. at Richfield Town Hall, 137 Highway 49 North Richfield, NC. 28137.

The purpose of the hearing is to hear public comments regarding an application for a zoning amendment to the Richfield Zoning map. The request is for a zoning change within the Town’s Extra Territorial jurisdiction.

The property is more described as 7 acres vacant land, property owners are Paul & Brooke Childress, PIN # 663203042907, Deed Book 1881, Page 1261. The property is located on US Highway 52 North, Richfield NC, 28137.
