2030 Comprehensive Land Use Plan

The 2030 Comprehensive Land Use Plan serves as a guiding document for the Town of Richfield to grow in a managed, intentional way toward the future. This plan has several audiences and serves a variety of functions within the community they represent. The land use plan is developed “by and for” the community and reflects the vision and values of the stakeholders present in the Town at the time the plan was put together.
