In consideration of being permitted to volunteer for the Town of Richfield, I hereby agree to the following:
I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Town of Richfield, its officials, employees, agents, and volunteers (collectively referred to as "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me while participating in volunteer activities.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorney fees, that may incur due to my participation in volunteer activities, whether caused by negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.
I understand that this release discharges the Town of Richfield from any liability or claim that I may have against them with respect to any bodily injury, personal injury, illness, death, or property damage that may result from my participation in volunteer activities.
I understand and acknowledge that volunteering for the Town of Richfield may include activities that may be hazardous to me. I assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage, or personal injury, including death, that may be sustained by me as a result of participating in any and all activities connected with my volunteer service.
By checking and submitting this form, I acknowledge that I have read and understood this agreement, and I voluntarily agree to its terms.
